It features high-tech touches that gives it a modern look. The 2021 model replaces the previous model's grille with a taller one that makes it look like a Jaguar.

Interior

The 2021 Pacifica offers all the features admired by minivan buyers, including spacious & fitted with slid-out bins, cubbies, & connectivity. The Pinnacle & Upscale Limited trims are available with a taller center console that tends to blend with the dashboard. From behind the wheel, the Upscale Limited & Pinnacle trims look more like a SUV. The second row of the Pinnacle model features matching lumbar pillows that makes it look ultra-luxurious. However, the seats of the 2021 Chrysler model are packed with less packing compared to its rivals because they have to fold up to maximize the cargo space.

Since the battery pack in hybrid models take up all the space inside the floor cabins, designers of the 2021 model added extra cushioning to the second-row seats. The 2021 Pacifica has never disappointed in cargo hauling. When all its seats are stowed, the 2021 model can fit up to 53 carry-on suitcases. The 2021 option is available with an optional built-in vacuum cleaner, but the space it occupies can fit an optional mini-spare tire.

Performance

The 2021 Chrysler isn't the quickest minivan out there, but the front wheel model isn't sluggish. It can reach up to 60 mph in just 7.3 seconds, & it feels peppy around Floresville, TX & its neighboring streets. The 2021 model comes packed with a nine-speed automatic transmission & a V-6 engine that can produce up to 287 horsepower. However, the hybrid model produces slightly less horsepower from its two electric motors & the V-6 engine. The mph time of the hybrid model also trails the gas-powered model by about 0.5 seconds.  Besides being space efficient, the 2021 Chrysler is a fuel efficient minivan. The Limited trim can deliver an impressive 31 mpg on a highway, a fuel-economy efficiency that tops its class. The hybrid trim can run on electric power for up to 33 miles. Its overall rating for both fuel & electric power is a whopping 84 MPGe. On the highway, the hybrid model can run on electric power for up to 23.4 miles before the gasoline engine takes over.

Safety

A recent NHTSA's safety review gave the 2021 Chrysler a five-star rating. However, the 2021 model didn't feature on IIHS's top safety picks. The Pacifica offers nearly every safety feature available today. Its notable driver-assistance features include lane departure warning, emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and blind-spot monitoring sensors.
